We were contacted initially by Nikki and Jo at 360HC to design and install networking infrastructure and a full building rewire to a property in Sharlston.

The building was in need of a full refurbishment to be repurposed into an office and training centre for the healthcare staff.

We were invited to survey the property to assess possible cabling routes early on and soon found the building had a myriad of issues that had not yet been found.

The property had damp and woodworm with rotten floor joists plus a heavily leaking roof in multiple places from being sat empty for years. The building needed extensive restoration.

With a background in construction we offered to project manage and organise local trades alongside our own works to rectify the issues. Five months later, after stripping the building back to brick and starting from scratch, we handed back the key to Nikki and Jo.

The building is now a modern office space and has connectivity throughout with a complete high-level finish. Since then we have provided on going IT support and maintenance.
